Kings View achieve success for HCPC clients
Kings View Chambers have recently achieved case closed for HCPC clients facing fitness to practise investigations.
In all the recent cases, Kings View Chambers successfully persuaded a HCPC Investigation Committee that there was no case to answer, meaning that these cases did not need to be heard by a full HCPC fitness to practise panel.
HCPC fitness to practise defence barrister, Catherine Stock, commenting on these cases, said:
The cases demonstrate the importance of very carefully assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the HCPC’s case against you, and that the value of obtaining proper legal advice on the matters.
“Positive outcomes can be achieved if you concede where it is appropriate to do so and achieve early insight, reflection, and targeted remediation.”
Our clients said:
“I would like to thank you for all the instructions and The support that you gave me. Very professional and guide me from the first time. Thank you very much for the high quality of service.”
“Excellent service, full support, perfect communication. I highly recommend it.”
