General Dental Council close case with no further action

The General Dental Council has closed its investigation into our clients’ fitness to practise, with no further action.

Our client, A, faced multiple allegations of competence and probity in a case that was ongoing for a number of years.

Speaking about the case, fitness to practise defence barrister who represented A, Catherine Stock, commented:
