Doctor avoids erasure

Dr SR, approached us just before their case was to be considered by the Case Examiners.

Given the allegations and evidence, there was no prospect of the matter being stopped at that stage, so focus moved quickly to case strategy.

It was a complicated matter involving expert evidence, unusual internal processes and integrity allegations. We pursued a clear and robust plan focusing on avoiding erasure, knowing that anything less than a suspension was an impossibility.
